Usually there are some interesting points here but I don't know basically see these people heart to middle . There exists some validness but I am going to take hold judgment until I explore it further. Good clause, thanks so we want more! Put into FeedBurner at the same time.

This is the post I needed to read! Been wearing my new vibrams laying in bed only for the last 20mins and the big toe is feeling a little tight and mildly numb... I am guessing this will alleviate in a few days of wear.

Helpful! You have put me at ease. I had just purchased yesterday (in store, so no return policy) and decided to go with a 41, which was a more snug fit and the recommended based on measurements I had done at home to match the chart. However the rep in the store recommended I size up, leaving a small amount of space but since I had remembered specifically reading on the site they should fit like a glove without extra space. But when walking around my big toenail seems to touch the end and cause discomfort. I'm hoping that this will adjust with time like you mentioned. Thank you, ryan

I too have pain in my big toe from the seam. They aren't too small. I've worn them several times but still get pain in my big toe from the seam. Hopefully with more wear they will feel better? Has anyone else had this difficulty?

Thank you so much for this awesome post! I have the exact same problem as you (Roderick) had. I tried out the KSO in size 41 in store, and just felt that they were a bit too roomy. The store, as I suspected, didn't have the size 40 (Vibram's FF run out of stock like butter melting below the sun!) So I turned to a web shop and ordered their last pair of black KSO size 40.

I finally got my package home, ripped the wrap off like a child during chirstmas eve, and put the FF gently on. My initial thought was "Hmm, are they too big?", because of my big toe wanting to slip out of the rubber part of the pocket, i.e. my big toe leaning more towards the toe beside it, stretching the fabric a bit more than I've seen it do on others wearing the shoe.

After a couple of minutes of walking around the house, the contradictory feeling and thought emerged; "Hmm, are they too small?" My right foot had a perfect fit all over, while my left big toe and second toe feelt kind of cramped when walking, and a little pushed from the rubber in the pocket. It even went to a small (really small) amount of pain on my left second toe from time to time. This explained my big toe issue; stretching the fabric to the sides: My left big toe and second toe were perhaps too long.

Now I've been walking around with them in the house for a whole day (got them yesterday), and am a bit worried that they may be a bit small for my left foot. Although, the size 41 would definitely be too big, so I have been a bit split to what decision I should make.

This post (plus the great and informative comments and feedback!) definitely has given me confidence to stick with the size 40, and hope that they break in. If they don't; it's at least a well tought lesson. An expensive one, though!

Thank you once again!

Hi...bought a pair today (Sprint) for crossfit and moderate running. I knew I would have an issue with my big toes because I tend to ALWAYS either have issues with my big toe or my high arch or both :)

Wearing my vibrams around the house this evening for the first time and I am getting used to them around my smaller toes but....as I suspected...my great toes gets pressure on the top/end and begins to go numb (but somehow also manage to ache as well lol).

I will break them in bit by bit I suspect but I have to say....it is extremely heartening to know that there are so many other people that have had similar issues and are loving their vibrams now...

Thanks!! x
